The Journal of East-West Comparative Literature

The Journal of East-West Comparative Literature (or JEWCL) (ISSN: 1229-2745) is a long-established journal and the first issue was published in December 1998. The JEWCL publishes essays on topics of theoretical significance within and beyond the scope of comparative or interdisciplinary research on Eastern and Western literature, philosophy, religion, etc. The JEWCL is published four times annually in March, June, September, and December by The Korean Association of East-West Comparative Literature. March and September issues are published in English only, and June and December issues are published in both English and Korean.
